Palmera exists at the intersection of real estate, brand strategy, and wellness-forward design, finding, creating, and backing properties that support health, quality of life, and long-term asset performance in the places people live, stay, work, and invest.

Whether that means sourcing the right property, building the brand around it, developing it from the ground up, or designing it to perform at the highest level, every decision is oriented toward human wellbeing, brand integrity, and long-term value, not just aesthetics or yield. Conventional real estate pulls value from land and community until neither has much left to give. Palmera exists as a response. Beyond our own projects, we source and broker properties, advise on asset management and brand strategy, and place capital into opportunities for those seeking design-led assets that perform financially and create a positive impact.

Our Founder

Erica Fiorenza is a real estate developer, licensed real estate advisor, and the founder of Palmera. Her background spans real estate, private equity, private aviation, brand strategy, design, and communications, and she brings both creative vision and financial precision to every project. She has led multi-million-dollar residential and hospitality developments across California's most competitive markets, advised international private equity firms on U.S. market entry, and was managing partner of private aviation asset management and helicopter charter companies.

At Palmera, she works across the full real estate lifecycle, from acquisition, brand strategy, and design to development, asset management, and sale, with a focus on unique properties that are built to last and created to be felt.
